Hot Pepper varieties have varying degrees of spiciness and come in many colors and shapes. The hottest pepper that we carry is Fatalii Pepper which has a Scoville rating of up to 300,000. Black Hungarian is a nice early mildly spicy pepper that works well in a number of dishes including salsa. Our earliest Hot Pepper is Matchbox Chili Pepper and it does very well in short season areas. Most peppers can be grown in pots and Grandpa’s Siberian Home Pepper will produces hot peppers all winter long in a sunny window.
