If choosing Canada Post as your shipping option, please ensure your Canada Post mailing address and email are correct. Also, once you have your order confirmation please double check that your mailing address is accurate. Order & shipping confirmations are automatically sent but can only get to the customer if the email is correct.

UPS only ships to physical addresses (not PO Boxes) so be sure to put your correct physical address if you choose the UPS option at check out.

We will not be responsible for additional shipping charges or lost orders if the address is incorrect.

• UPS delivery needs your physical address.
• Orders under $40.00 (before tax) are shipped via Canada Post Letter Mail (no tracking number) and costs $5.95 or UPS if you choose that option.
• Orders above $40.00 (before tax) are shipped Canada Post Expedited Parcel (includes tracking number) and costs $14.95 or UPS if you choose that option.
• Orders over $200.00 (before tax) ship FREE via Canada Post Expedited Parcel (includes tracking number).

Order Processing: We pride ourselves on getting orders out in a timely fashion. Depending on the time of year, orders usually take 4-10 business days to be processed. Sorry, but we cannot accept additions to orders or combination orders. Thank you for understanding.

Our Guarantee:

We offer high quality viable seed. If you are not happy with the germination of the seed we will replace the seed or refund the cost of the seed within 1 year of purchase.
