NEW Important Info about Shipping: After much thought, I have decided to not ship by Letter Mail any more. For whatever reason many orders shipped by Letter Mail are taking up to 4 weeks to arrive which is unacceptable! I do live a couple hours from a major center, but even so it shouldn't take that long! This is very stressful to my customers & myself! As a solution, I have decided that every order I receive will be shipped Canada Post Expedited Parcel with tracking- this method has been very reliable this year. The minimum order is $20.00-its not financially feasible for anything less. There is now a flat rate shipping charge of $12.00 for every order under $200.00 ($200.00 & up (before taxes) will ship free) Shipping by Canada Post Expedited Parcel is expensive and averages over $20.00 to ship so I am covering half the cost of shipping for my customers. Hopefully this will create a more "harmonious" experience for both my customers and I. All packages will be shipped with tracking so there will not be any question of where the order is and this should result in less time answering emails and more time getting orders out. We can't combine orders because our system won't allow it but if you need to add items to an existing order email me and I can add them and email you an invoice.

Order Processing: We pride ourselves on getting orders out in a timely fashion. Depending on the time of year, orders usually take 4-10 business days to be processed.  Although we have a huge selection, we are a small home based company-there is only myself (the owner) and two loyal employees doing all this work.

Please ensure your Canada Post mailing address and email are correct. Also, once you have your order confirmation please double check that your mailing address is accurate. Order & shipping confirmations are automatically sent but can only get to the customer if the email is correct. The customer will receive an order confirmation including a customer number when the order is placed. Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive a Shipping Confirmation with the Canada Post tracking number-nice and simple! Please check your spam folder if you didn't receive your confirmations.

We will not be responsible for additional shipping charges or lost orders if the address is incorrect.

• All orders below $200.00 (before tax) are shipped Canada Post Expedited Parcel (includes tracking number) and costs $12.00 (usually arrives in about a week depending on your location)
• Orders over $200.00 (before tax) ship FREE via Canada Post Expedited Parcel (includes tracking number). (usually arrives in about a week depending on your location)
• Once your order is placed, you will receive a order confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. 

Our Guarantee:

We offer high quality viable seed. If you are not happy with the germination of the seed we will replace the seed or refund the cost of the seed within 1 year of purchase.
