Grown for generations by a Minnesota family, this heirloom melon is very special. It appears to be a strain of the old Vine Peach or Mango Melon that was popular in seed catalogs many years ago. The small yellow round fruit have bland white flesh that is slightly sweet & fragrant and traditionally used by the family to make apple pies by replacing half of the apples with melon. Should be picked while still firm. Very productive. (75 days)
