(aka Aztec Marigold, Indian Pink) The African Marigold is native to Mexico and Central America, and was introduced in 1535 and was the common Marigold of gardens long ago. It's history goes back to the time of the Aztecs and in the 1500's was sent to Spain. The large plants can grow 3' tall and the semi double flowers range from orange to yellow. Prefers sun. Ht. 3'. Annual.
