A delicious heirloom pepper that is great for pickling and making hot banana peppers! Can also be used for frying or stuffing. This variety is very adaptable and does well even in cooler short season areas. Ripens from pale yellow to red at maturity, the riper they are the hotter they get. (Although they don’t get as hot as some.) (58 days to pale yellow, 82 days for red)
