Einkhorn Wheat is also known as Stone Age Wheat and was domesticated at least 10,000 years ago in the fertile crescent. Unlike most Einkorn wheat varieties, Blé Dur Arcour has hulls that are easily removed during threshing. The small golden flat heads are very unique looking and have short beards.
