Originally introduced by the Robert Buist Company of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1913. This rare heirloom has dark pink oblate fruit ranging in size from 10-16 ounces and has a nice old fashioned tart flavor with sweet undertones. Nice for tomato sandwiches or slicing. Indeterminate, regular leaf foliage. (80 days from transplant)
