Lemon Balm is an ancient herb that has been used for over 2000 years. Lemon Balm likely originated in Southern Europe and brought to Spain by the Moors. The ancient Greeks and Romans used Lemon Balm medicinally. Today it is used in herbal teas and as an addition to salads, soups and stews where its lemony fragrance can be appreciated.
