Heirloom Cabbage is a real treat fresh from the garden. There are early types, storage types and crinkly leaved savoy types. The late maturing storage types like Premium Flat Dutch can grow quite large and are best used for Sauerkraut. Copenhagen Market is great for making cabbage rolls.
