Also known as Cocozella di Napoli. Introduced to North America by W. Atlee Burpee in 1890. An Italian heirloom that produces dark green cylindrical zucchini with lighter green stripes on bush type plants. The firm flesh is greenish white and the fruit is best harvested at 8-10 inches long or smaller. (55 days to maturity)
